Policies for Retail Sales:

Returning New/Unused Items

You have 30 calendar days to return any new/unused item from the date you received it for a refund. Please email or call before sending the item back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. (Special Order Items Are No Return, No Credit)

Your item needs to be returned with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the packaging and costs of the return shipping.

Once your item arrives, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. Once the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returning Defective/Warranty Items

If within 30 days of receiving your item, you find that it is defective, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us by email (sales@fdmcaraudio.com) to discuss the issue.

If it has been more than 30 days, some products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for more information.

Exceptions
Any product listed on the website “as-is, FINAL SALE” is not eligible for any returns/exchanges/credit.

Policies for Wholesale/Dealer Sales:

Returning New/Unused Items

You have 180 calendar days to return any new/unused item from the date of original purchase in exchange for store credit minus a restocking fee.

Restocking Fee:

A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to eligible returns.

The exact fee may vary based on the condition of the returned item and packaging.

 

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

All original components, accessories, manuals, and must be included

The item must be in resalable condition

Your item needs to be returned with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the packaging and costs of the return shipping.

Once your item arrives, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return and issue store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
